According to Page 6, the 22 year old beauty and her 36 year old girlfriend, who's real name is Annie Clarke, are believed to have called time on their 8 month relationship. We don't know who dumped who but breakups are never easy?especially in this case for Cara. The model turned actress recently spoke openly about her love for her musician girlfriend in an interview with Vogue, saying 'I think that being in love with my girlfriend is a big part of why I'm feeling so happy with who I am these days.
