Jax Taylor looks appropriately scruffy for someone who took a break from his Hawaiian vacation to pose for a quick mug shot. TMZ broke the story ... the " Vanderpump Rules " star was busted Friday for felony theft after stealing a pair of very expensive Polaris sunglasses from Freaky Tiki Tropical Optical in Honolulu. We say he was stealing because it was all caught on surveillance video. In his defense, he may have been wasted. Then again, it's not a defense.
