The 34-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who is pregnant with her second child and who released a book of selfies, shared the photo on Instagram on Saturday. She is seen wearing a black, button-down, plunging top that shows plenty of cleavage, paired with a long, black jacket. She said her trip to San Francisco didn't take long and later posted another selfie showing her with her designer pal Rachel Roy.
Kim wrote, "Back in time to put the babies to bed!!!"
