Kim Kardashian was feeling a little naughty as she took to Instagram to post a risqué Throw Back Thursday snap. The reality TV beauty, who had earlier been spotted out and about shopping and running errands in West Hollywood, took to the social media site to show off a shot from her 2011 W Magazine shoot. The picture was a behind the scenes snap showing the 34 year old star totally naked and writhing around in silver paint. Clearly pregnant Kim was feeling proud of the image now but, that certainly wasn't the case at the time. In a 2011 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashian's Kim cried when she saw the preview of the shoot. Claiming that it looked like 'serious porn'?She even vowed never to get naked again.
