It's no secret that Jake Gyllenhaal got ridiculously, insanely ripped for his role as a boxer in the new movie Southpaw. But even with all those sexy, chiseled muscles, co-star Rachel McAdams wouldn't lay a finger on his bulging biceps or six-pack. Why's that? The 36-year-old stated to E! News, "He was always greased up and covered in blood so it was like yucky abs!." Later stating she was kidding and that her hat was off to him for having an amazing transformation. McAdams said she tried a bit of boxing to see what it was like, but couldn't do anything near what Gyllenhaal pulls off in the film. Gyllenhaal said he trained "five hours a day" for months and months.
