Actress Amber Heard has been charged by Australian authorities for illegally bringing her and husband Johnny Depp's dogs into the country. The 29-year-old actress and her pet pooches hit the headlines when an agriculture minister ordered the animals out of the country and threatened if they didn't leave they would face death. According to the Commonwealth Department of Public Prosecutions, the beautiful blonde faces two counts of illegally importing Yorkshire terriers Pistol and Boo and one count of producing a false document. An offence that carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years. The incident captured the world's attention back in May when Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce accused Johnny Depp, of smuggling the dogs aboard his private jet when he returned to Australia to resume filming the fifth Pirates Of The Caribbean movie.
