Feeling blue? Not a problem for Kylie Jenner! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was rocking icy blue extensions Thursday, along with a matching blue manicure. She explained to E! News, "I just wanted to do something different and fun, and I haven't switched it up in [a while] so... I'm just having fun."And while the extensions were of course from her own line, the color was a custom job. She said, "I dyed them.They don't make them this color, so they're really custom."
