There's a new dark villain coming to
Arrow . Oops, we meant Darhk.
E! News has confirmed Neal McDonough has joined the
Arrow cast as comic book baddie Damien Darhk. He'll be a series regular. The character was mentioned during season three, but never seen. In
Arrow , the character is the leader of H.I.V.E. and a former member of the League of Assassins--the one-time friend to Ra's al Ghul.
