The first teaser trailer for Oliver Stone's Snowden has arrived.
While the preview doesn't feature any footage from the movie, it does offer indications of Stone's approach to the story.
With a chilling rendition of "This Little Light of Mine" playing, the trailer summarizes key points in Edward Snowden's life in white text on a black background: "Army recruit at 20?joined CIA at 22?NSA contractor at 26?by age 29 the most wanted man in the world." That is intercut with close-ups of an American flag, which later is revealed to be upside down.
