Jimmy Kimmel tapped into the Darndest Things school of comedy on Monday's Jimmy Kimmel Live!, sending a producer and cameraman out to the street to find out what kids knew about gay marriage in light of the Supreme Court's recent marriage equality ruling. Per Kimmel, the bit was inspired by the frequent question posed by gay marriage critics, "How do I explain this to my kids?" As it turns out, today's youth is, for the most part, understanding and accepting of gay marriage ? so long as they hear the question correctly. After she was asked if she knew what made somebody gay, one girl proudly says, "I've got a broken leg."
