Rumer Willis isn't giving up hope just yet. Despite announcing yesterday that she'd only be singing on the Dancing With the Stars tour because a foot injury has left her sidelined, she told E! News last night she thinks she's could end up returning to the dance floor. "If I just take a little bit of a rest, hopefully, I'll be at least able to finish the last days of the tour," Willis said at the premiere of Amy, the new documentary about Amy Winehouse. Doctors told the DWTS champ she probably didn't give herself "enough of a break" after competing on the ABC reality dance show.
