Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has reportedly broken his leg after falling off stage and returned to finish the concert. The band were playing a gig at a festival in Gothenburg, Sweden, on Friday when he fell off stage into their second song. Fans took to social media to praise the former Nirvana drummer who left the stage to be treated and returned 15 minutes later sat on a chair as a paramedic tended to him, all the while continuing to perform for the crowd.??
