Vera Farmiga, Kelly Macdonald and Kevin Pollak are among the actors who have joined the cast of Ricky Gervais? currently filming Special Correspondents. With Eric Bana and Gervais headlining the satirical comedy, the cast also includes America Ferrara, Raul Castillo and Benjamin Bratt.
Bana plays a struggling radio journalist who fakes coverage of war from his hideout above a Spanish restaurant in New York.
Principal photography began in Toronto on May 19 and will wrap in New York City on July 3.
The film is a co-production between Bron Studios and Unanimous Entertainment.??
