Sir Ian McKellen has one regret. In an interview with the Huffington Post , the 76-year-old actor opened up about his experience with coming out of the closet to family and friends. McKellen admits the one thing he would change if he could do it all over again, is that he would come out much sooner. McKellen explained, "I regret--and always shall--that I didn't see the significance of coming out at a much earlier date, because I think I would have been a different person--and a happier one."??
