Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West are expecting baby number 2. In a teaser clip during the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashian's Kim reveals that she's finally pregnant. The clip shows Mrs West receiving the good news during a doctor's appointment before she gushes to sister Khloé saying, "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" The star, who has made no secret about her struggle to conceive a second time, has documented her fertility journey during her E! reality show and in a number of interviews.
