TV actor, Dustin Diamond is expected to testify about what happened during a barroom scuffle in the Milwaukee area. The 38-year-old Diamond, who played Screech in the 1990s show "Saved by the Bell," is accused of stabbing a man on Christmas Day in Port Washington, Milwaukee. The man who was stabbed, Casey Smet, testified Thursday, saying he didn't know he had been stabbed until after he left the bar and was talking to police. Diamond's defense attorney has maintained that no one saw Diamond stab Smet and footage of the altercation is murky.
If convicted, Diamond could face up to 10 years in prison.??
