Multiple sources tell TMZ Richards was clearly under the influence of something, although no one seems to know what.
Sources say whatever she took or drank was done in private; when she interacted with guests at the wedding she was "a mess."
TMZ has been told Richards said hurtful things to her daughter, Brooke, right after the wedding.
