A video of a 2-year-old Miley Cyrus making her TV talk show debut with dad Billy Ray Cyrus was recently uncovered. The clip is from an appearance the father-daughter duo did together on the Music City Tonight show back in 1994. The flashback video shows a toddler Miley sitting on one of the co-host's lap.
