On Thursday, Kate Middleton's handsome hubby made his second post-baby public appearance at Buckingham Palace, where he presided over an investiture. As he presented actress Sheridan Smith with her Order of the British Empire, he revealed he's a fan of the BBC romantic sitcom Gavin & Stacey! Smith was flattered, understandably! She recalled, "And I congratulated him on his wonderful children and he shook my hand and I was shaking. It's all a bit of a blur. It was a huge honour and I will absolutely treasure this, I can't quite believe it."??
