It's official: No political incident in Australia can be called over until John Oliver weighs in. On the Sunday episode of his show Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, the British comedian took on the island nation and its agriculture minister, Barnaby Joyce, over the minister's deadly ultimatum to Johnny Depp's dogs, Pistol and Boo. Joyce kicked off the war on terrier when he told reporters Depp had 50 hours to remove the dogs from Australian borders. He added that it was time they "buggered off" ? or be euthanised for having entered the country illegally. In retaliation, Oliver gave Australia 50 hours to get everything Australian out of America ? from Russell Crowe to Midnight Oil ? or else a baby koala at the Los Angeles zoo would be put down.??
