News, it's possible she wasn't just talking about her new pink tresses. Iggy reportedly went under the knife to get a nose job and chin implant, which she supposedly debuted yesterday. According to Us Weekly, the celeb got the procedures done just a few months after opening up about her breast augmentation. A source told the magazine, "She loves the results! She wasn't happy with her nose for a long time, so after the boobs she wanted to get that taken care of and then got the chin done at the same time."??
