Warning: Major Spoilers for Avengers: Age of Ultron! In his latest round of Avengers: Age of Ultron post-premiere interviews, director Joss Whedon has revealed that he filmed an ending with a very different outcome. And for anyone who's seen the film can probably guess, that outcome involves a living and breathing Quicksilver, who perished in the film?s final act. As Whedon described it, he filmed a separate ending where Quicksilver recovers from his numerous bullet wounds and joins Captain America?s New Avengers squad. He even received a fancy new costume to boot.Whedon has said in other interviews that Age of Ultron?s eventual Blu-Ray release will feature several deleted scenes, so hopefully Quicksilver?s more fortunate fate is included among them.??
