Bruce Jenner is being sued for wrongful death after his horrific car accident. The stepchildren of the woman who died filed the lawsuit, and claim Bruce was careless and negligent at the time of the crash. They also claim he was speeding at the time of the crash. Law enforcement is still looking into the accident and it's unclear whether or not he will be prosecuted.
