After taking a tumble on stage, Britney Spears made the announcement with Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and Live Nation in a joint statement that said "Spears twisted her ankle and fell in the middle of her concert Wednesday night in Las Vegas, but the pop star handled it like a complete champ. Brit Brit was in the midst of singing "(You Drive Me) Crazy" when she jumped up and rolled her left ankle as she landed.
