Zillow reportas taht Patrick Dempsey's Malibu mansion is listed for $14.5 million.
The 3.2 acre mountainside estate Tin House, which includes a rock-climbing wall, large lawn and four-stall barn, was designed by Frank Gehry.
Complete with animal coops and hutches, the two-story, modern-style home is constructed of corrugated metal and was built in 1972 for painter Ron Davis.
Dempsey recently left Grey's Anatomy after a decade on the ABC drama.
