Looks like stadium concerts got hot again. Indeed, 2015 is shaping up to be the Year of the Stadium Show in the Bay Area. So far, nine concerts are booked in the Bay Area this year, more than twice as many as the past two years combined. A big reason for the surge is Levi's Stadium. The new home of the San Francisco 49ers last year has aggressively pursued concert bookings, as well as such popular attractions as professional wrestling events and monster truck rallies. Levi's hosts its maiden concert on Saturday featuring country stars Kenny Chesney and Jason Aldean and will be the site of seven other concerts including One Direction, The Grateful Dead, and a pair of Taylor Swift concerts.??
