In a recently released deleted clip from Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian's father of three, Scott Disick, confides in Kourtney's little sister Kendall after she tells him she may not be in town for the birth of their third child. Scott teases, "You're not going to be in town for the next child?!" Lord Disick is disappointed to hear the news, but it's not for the reason you'd expect.
