Despite his critics' recent protests, Dr. Mehmet Oz believes that "without question, the show will survive it," he told Today's Matt Lauer on Friday morning. "I want to keep doing the show for as long as I can because I think we played an important role in making America a better place." Oz was recently the subject of a letter to Columbia University from a group of top doctors, demanding his removal from the faculty for his "egregious lack of integrity" for promoting what they call "quack treatments." Yet the physician and talk show host noted that he has maintained his medical integrity while maintaining his dual role.??
