News that the young Hollywood couple have chosen to take a "break" after dating for nearly five months. This news may not come as a complete shock to fans, who have witnessed the recent rockiness in their relationship. Things seemed to be smooth sailing for the once-inseparable duo, but things changed when Patrick took his Spring Break trip to Cabo San Lucas in March, where he was photographed getting a little too close for comfort with a girl that wasn't Miley.
