Dwayne " The Rock" Johnson ? actor, professional wrestler and walking mass of muscle and sinew ? recently shed light on his daily "diet." Based on what Johnson told Muscle & Fitness , he eats about as much as your average Grizzly bear preparing for hibernation. The Rock says he eats 36 ounces of cod, 6 cups of white rice, 4 cups of vegetables and two salads, and a dozen eggs. This, of course, is just a sliver of Johnson's diet. Additional meals include an 8-ounce steak and 24 ounces of potatoes.
