Channing Tatum is taking a new step. Trulia reports, the Magic Mike and Step Up star and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum have sold their three-bedroom, three-bathroom Hollywood Hills home for $2,688,500. They purchased the estate in 2008. The 2,538 square-foot pad was built in 1927 and boasts a curved teak staircase, wine cellar, guesthouse, swimming pool and outdoor fireplace. The couple, who welcomed daughter London in 2013, purchased a six-bedroom, six-bathroom Beverly Hills home last month for $6 million.??
