Julia Roberts is unloading her Hanalei, Hawaii estate to the tune of $29.85 million?and it's a big mansion. The sprawling 3,792-square-foot property, nicknamed "The Faye Estate," has belonged to Roberts since she bought it for $13.4 million in 2011.
Built in 1946, the home features seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms and is surrounded by as much as 9,000-square-feet of room for additional building, should the new owner feel so obliged to renovate. And beach-lovers with $30 million to drop, rejoice: The property sits atop a 200-foot stretch of the picturesque Hanalei Bay.??
