Kylie Jenner is firing back at critics who claim her latest photos, which show her wearing dark, shimmering makeup, constitutes blackface.
Following the backlash, the 17-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star edited the caption of her original Instagram post, which she had shared on Saturday afternoon.
"This is a black light and neon lights people," she said. "Let's all calm down."
She also posted later that night a new pic of herself sporting the same look, which appeared to have been taken for a photo shoot, as she gave credit to her beauty team.??
