President Barack Obama tried to impersonate Kevin Spacey's smarmy House of Cards character Frank Underwood in a belated April Fools' Day clip and was...not that good at it.
The footage is part of a video posted on the White House's YouTube page on April 2 to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the West Wing Week video series, which covers the presidency.
