Wayne copped the waterfront property back in 2011 for around $11 million and actually lived there during his time in the city, while also holding on to properties in New Orleans and elsewhere.
Another notable features are the nine bedrooms, ten bathrooms, sky terraces, separate three-bedroom guest house, and the two-level master suite was a private glass elevator.??
