VIDEO : Justin Bieber Apologizes for 'Arrogant' Behavior in Video, Tells Ellen DeGeneres He's 'Done

Justin Bieber has had one hell of a year, but apparently he's ready to own up to his mistakes. The "Confident" singer posted a dimly lit video to Facebook Wednesday in which he opened up about his past behavior. In the emotionally charged apology, Justin said sorry for his "arrogant" and "conceited" behavior. He posted his video soon after a surprise visit to Ellen where he confessed to being "nervous" about appearing on TV. He had been noticeably absent from the small screen for quite awhile.
