The 29-year-old beauty, who is engaged to Tim Rosenman, took to her blog on Monday to share a few sketches of her blinding bling while also revealing how her man popped the question. In her blog post entitled "The Proposal," the formal star of The Hills divulged, "To make a very long story short, Timmy originally planned to propose to me in Australia but the plan didn't go quite his way."
