One Direction?s best moments of 2014
One Direction proved that 2014 has been their best year yet.
This year saw the boys break history by
becoming the first band to have all four of their first albums go to number one
on the Billboard 200 chart. Such an achievement saw Billboard name the
heartthrobs as the top artist of the year.
The former X Factor stars also managed to
scoop a few awards this year. First off they walked away with every category
that they were nominated in at the American Music Awards. 1D added the gong for
Artist of the Year, Best Pop Album and Favourite Band in the pop and rock
category to their never ending award collection.
And to top it all off this year Forbes Magazine listed the lads as the
second-highest earning celebrities under 30. The group reportedly earned around
seventy five million dollars this year alone.
Not a bad year considering they were only
formed four years ago.
