Lady Gaga should put a woolly jumper or a least a T-shirt on her Christmas list as the pop diva stepped out in Milan wearing very little on her top half. Twenty-eight year-old Gaga was in the city wearing a red suit combo with a strapless low-cut black bra. The starlet accessorised her look with a pair of aviator shades, giant pendant necklace and her septum piercing.
