The best and worst of the Met Gala
The stars were out for Monday nights Met
Gala. The fashion worlds equivalent to the Oscars.
Despite its reputation as the most stylish
night of the year, some guests still manage to get it wrong.
For every star that shone and made a style hit
there was sadly a celebrity miss.
Leading the miss list was Rita Ora. The
R.I.P singer wore a frothy gold ensemble by Donna Karen. The dress was split to
the crotch causing the singer to flash her pants.
Also, up there at the top of the misses was
model turned actress Kate Upton. Wearing a black lace saloon style dress and
headpiece Kate would?ve fitted in at a Wild West fancy dress party.
Some other misses were, Katie Holmes in a
yellow dress reminiscent of Disney?s Belle and Lena Dunham in an unconventional
short black and blue dress.
There were some major hit’s though. Blake Lively, Karolina Kurkova and veteran Met Gala style star Sarah Jessica Parker were all hits with their beautiful gowns.
