According to Extra, Oli Herbert has died at the age of 44.
Herbert was a founding member of All That Remains, and the band's lead guitarist.
The band confirmed his death, but did not release any details about his passing.
Herbert founded All That Remains along with Phil Labonte in Springfield, Massachusetts during 1998.
The band released 8 studio albums with Herbert, including Victim Of The New Disease, which is scheduled for release early next month.
Herbert also recorded video lessons and wrote columns for Guitar World magazine.
