Kim opened up to Us Weekly, revealing Dr. Leonard Hochstein, husband of ?Real Housewives of Miami? cast member Lisa Hochstein, performed the procedure. ?I went smaller and Dr. Hochstein did them,? she said. ?He did my boobs four years ago and I loved them.
