Justin Bieber?s dad, Jeremy Bieber, announced the birth of a new baby girl! Justin is now the older brother of baby sister, Bay Bieber. Jeremy posted a photo of himself with wife Chelsey and newborn daughter Bay. In the photo you can see that Chelsey has just given birth to the healthy baby. Justin has yet to say anything on social media about his newborn sister.
