North Korean leader Kim Jong Un seemed to be in a great mood while touring a fish-pickling factory. According to Business Insider, photos released by the state media showed him smiling widely. North Korea is known for their positive propaganda, especially when it comes to Jong Un. Yet a report has said in the past the 70 percent of North Koreans struggle to get enough to eat. Accompanying the world leader was his wife, Ri Sol-ju who held his jacket the whole time.
