A Funko fan claims to have found a Funko Pop figure of Pokemon's Pikachu at Target. The rare spotting of the beloved little yellow pocket monster is stirring speculation that Funko has obtained the license to produce figures from the Pokemon franchise. According to ComicBook.com, Target's Twitter account says that they have no official comment about the Funko Pop! vinyl figure's availability.
