Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were spotted getting cozy during a Miami getaway. An eyewitness told Us Weekly that Bieber and Baldwin had a "low-key night" at the W South Beach with friends. While relaxing on their hotel balcony, Baldwin was also spotted helping a shirtless Bieber towel off. The next day they were seen again at a church conference followed by a romantic dinner.
