Stan Lee is is suing his former production company, POW! Entertainment. According to TMZ Lee is suing its current executives for $1 billion. The lawsuit alleges that CEO Shane Duffy and Gill Champion tricked the comic book writer. Lee said the two tricked him into signing away the exclusive rights to his name, image, and likeness. Even more, the lawsuit claims Duffy and Champion may have forged Lee?s signature.
