VIDEO : Hayao Miyazaki Attends Wake For Isao Takahata

Earlier this year, the anime community gathered to mourn the loss of legendary director Isao Takahata. Takahata helped found the trailblazing anime production company Studio Ghibli. He was laid to rest in April in a private ceremony, but fans just got the chance to bid farewell to the director for themselves at a packed event at the Ghibli Museum. Hayao Miyazaki attended the wake along with Studio Ghibli producer Toshio Suzaki. Miyazaki, who has been in deep shock over Takahata's death, once said that he and Takahata ?know each other too well.?
