Actor Alan Cumming has been cast in a guest role for the new season of Doctor Who. Cumming says he will portray King James I, a villain who eventually comes good. He adds that there is a possibility his character could return in future episodes. The 11th season of ?Doctor Who? will feature Jodie Whittaker as the first female to play the titular role.
