Actor Bill Paxton's family is suing the hospital they say killed him.
His wife and children have filed a lawsuit against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
They allege that the hospital was negligent in treating him prior to his death last year.
Paxton consulted with doctors there and was counseled to undergo heart surgery.
However, the suit alleges information about risks was concealed or misrepresented.
